FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $100, Flat rate shipping $7.99.

  • All orders placed Monday-Friday will be packaged and shipping within 1-2 business days of the order. Our shipping department is closed on Saturday, Sunday, & Monday so all orders placed on these days will be shipped by the upcoming Tuesday.
  • Takes 2-4 business days to receive your order.
  • Orders placed before 3:00pm CT will be shipped the same day.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Delays with USPS shipping.
  • Product that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the package. You will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact your local Post Office prior to contacting us. 
  • Allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking info will not update, but you will still receive your order. Contact us after delivery time has passed. 
  • If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to you address, but you have not received your order, contact Post Office directly to investigate this issue.

LOST PACKAGE:

If your order does not arrive on time or lost in transit, we will open an investigation with USPS. This process can take up to 2 week for the investigation to be completed. Once the investigation is complete, if you order was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are available. If we cannot replace them we will refund your order. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 

DELAYED ORDERS:

  • Billing information you provided doesn't match your bank has on file (including address and telephone number).
  • If you "ship to" address is different than you billing address, we will call and verify to make sure you are the card holder. 
  • Orders placed with a value of $100+ must be verified by the customer for fraud purposes. We will contact you via phone on file.
