All orders placed Monday-Friday will be packaged and shipping within 1-2 business days of the order. Our shipping department is closed on Saturday, Sunday, & Monday all orders placed on these days will ship out the following Tuesday.Takes 2-4 business days to receive your order. - All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered, with the original tag attached).

- Shoes must be returned in the original box and mail back inside another box.

- Return item via shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
- Once your package is received, allow our return department up to 7 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return along with store credit (shipping amount is not included).
