The customer has 14 days to pick up their order once they have received the "shipping" email (which means the order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up). If the customer has not picked up their order within 14 days and there has been no communication, an email will be sent to the customer addressing the matter. If communication is not returned, the order will be put back on the sales floor with no refund or exchange.
